    Why am I getting ripped off by Appliances Direct in Altamonte Springs. I made a purchase Saturday the 2nd of Oct. Your computers were jammed at the store and your Asst, Mgr. David Brown ran my card twice. They now say I was only charged once. I have my bank statement for proof which I have provided to David Brown. Mr Brown recalls swiping my card twice. As of Oct 6th, I am still out $330. HELP
